Michelle Sysak always knew she wanted to be in real estate, she ultimately began in the industry as an Executive Assistant for a top developer in New York City at the age of 20 which provided an outlet for her creative thinking and built her foundation in real estate.
Her customer service skills are as exquisite as are her talents for marketing and advertising, all of which she learned during a long, successful career. She understands that a real estate transaction is a technical as well as an emotional endeavor and she commits to her clients' needs. Todd Joseph lives in White Plains, NY after spending years living in Astoria, Queens, The Bronx and Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. A native New Yorker "TJ" graduated from Manhattanville College with a B.A. in Marketing and Communication. He is passionate about space, not only understanding customization, but also how to create interiors that compliment your life. He launched his career fashioning interior retail and showroom locations with Ralph Lauren, working with industry leaders including Vince Camuto, and Versace. Following 15 years in the industry and the great recession, TJ continued his studies at The College of New Rochelle with a Master of Science in Special Education and at Queens College a Master of Science in School Building Leadership. He is an appointed Assistant Principal for a program focused on families with extraordinary needs.
